  • Biogas is an element of alternative resources ofenergy. Its accessibility is relatively good, by the reason of its productionwithin our internal industry – agriculture, biological food processing. Thecomponent parts of biogas systems are technological machinery used forprocessing, storage and utilization of biogas, as well as machinery in whichthe biogas is produced.

Gas membrane

  • Gas membrane with various facture and shape are beingused for different kinds of special installments. There is a possibilityof membrane adjustment for every tank diameters and gripping systems. Exampleof usage: counter loaded, simple membrane gripped into an iron tank – dry gasholders for WWTP


 

Gas bag

  • Gas bags are available to manufacture upon customer’swishes. Their shape can be cylindered or square. Cylindered gas bags are usedhorizontally inside buildings, half span roofs, or hung inside vertical towers,which are either steel or concrete. Filling and emptying of a non-pressurebag is often carried out through flanged joints, which are prearranged withinthe manufacture process upon customer’s wills and needs. It is possible tomeasure the state of tank filling with the help of ultrasound measurer, ora mechanical measurement device. The bag has to be gripped to the externalconstruction.


 

Gas pressure raise station

  • The machinery consists of a container, in whichthe blowing engine is located. The whole machinery has its own control system.
  • Possible usage for gas pressure raise or biogas at WWTP, biogas stations, geothermal borehole degassing, etc.

Gas holder engine room

  • Machinery consists of a container, in which liquid stoppers arelocated, also serving as automatic drippers, settling basins and liquid fuses. Itis necessary to adjoin water and electricity connection into the container.


 

Integrated gas pressure raise station

  • The machinery consists of a container in whichthe gas holder and blowing engine are located. Every machinery is placed ina separate room with a gas-tight separation. The whole machinery hasits own control system. Machinery is constructed and delivered as plug & play,all you need to do is to embed it, connect it and it’s ready into service.After activating the machinery into service, it is necessary to perform aroutine check and maintenance of the main functional components.
