The temporary gate is used to fence the upper head of the water chamber from the water. It is used to create a dry dock during renovation work. The fencing is in a vertical position when fenced. After blocking, the barrier is rotated to a horizontal position (with the guide plate upwards) and remains floating on the water surface. The cover is also stored in this position.
